Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Perinthalmanna, Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing websites for search engines, and driving online growth through performance-based campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement targeted strategies to capture relevant traffic.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata for SEO best practices.
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve issues (site speed, crawl errors, indexing, etc.).
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other white-hat techniques.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track, measure, and report performance using tools like

  Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs

• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement marketing strategies.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports for clients and management.
• Monitor competitors’ SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Handle social media management and content planning across platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure ongoing strategy effectiveness.
• Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1–2 years) in Digital Marketing and SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy.
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS basics, CMS like WordPress/Shopify).
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
