Position Overview

The IT Project Coordinator will serve as the central point of contact between clients, internal teams, and management. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, and leadership skills to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver web development, digital marketing, and design projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project requirements, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks for the team.
• Handle domain, hosting, email configurations, subscriptions, and renewals.
• Set up and manage GSuite, Microsoft 365, and Google Business Profiles.
• Ensure quality control across development, SEO, design, and ad campaigns.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, research solutions, and coordinate with third-party vendors when required.
• Track progress, prepare performance reports (SEO rankings, Ads results, etc.), and share updates with clients.
• Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project risks, delays, and challenges—proactively resolving them.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (1 years) in Project Management within IT, Web, or Digital Marketing industries.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, hosting, SEO, digital marketing, and IT tools.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
