IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will coordinate between teams and clients, ensure timely project delivery, and handle project documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Bridge communication between clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and BRD/FRD.
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in requirement gathering and translating client needs for the technical team.
• Conduct meetings, follow-ups, and maintain effective communication.
• Identify potential risks and escalate them proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in IT project coordination or management.
• Strong understanding of BRD/FRD documentation, client communication, and requirement analysis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools (like Jira, Trello, or Asana) is a plus.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
