Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather customer feedback to iterate on product improvements. Evaluate the product's maturity and market saturation Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers, understanding their needs and incorporating feedback into product development. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement based on customer collaboration. Work closely with sales, marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective product strategy. Communicate product updates and changes internally and externally. Must Have: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
