UI Designer

As a UI Designer at YOUGotaGift, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces. Collaborating closely with our product, development, and UX teams, you will be instrumental in translating ideas and wireframes into elegant, intuitive, and responsive designs. Working alongside our Design Coordinator, you will assist in managing your production pipeline, providing feedback on projects, and ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating 1-2 years of professional experience in UI design. - Crafting high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Ps, Ai, or similar software. - Showcasing a strong portfolio highlighting your UI design skills and past projects. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience. - Possessing strong communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively. - Demonstrating problem-solving abilities in a creative and effective manner. - Staying updated on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. - Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas clearly. - Conducting user research and incorporating user feedback to enhance the design iteratively. - Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by collaborating closely with the development team. - Following brand guidelines and contributing to establishing a consistent design language across all platforms. Nice to have: - Experience in user research and usability testing. - Technical curiosity in template building, motion graphics, and creative design. - Experience working with start-ups.
