IT Project Coordinator

As an IT Project Coordinator at YOUGotaGift Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing project activities for Product Development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating project plans by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Coordinating and scheduling project team meetings, including Scrum ceremonies. - Collaborating with the project team to develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation. - Supporting the project team in tracking tasks and monitoring project progress. - Assisting in maintaining effective communication among cross-functional teams, such as developers, designers, QA engineers, and internal stakeholders. - Organizing and documenting project meetings, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, and action items. - Supporting the flow of information and updates between project team members to ensure timely and accurate communication. - Maintaining project documentation, including project plans, requirements, documents, user stories, and technical specifications. - Ensuring that project documentation is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to team members. - Tracking and documenting changes to project scope and requirements. - Monitoring project progress against established timelines and milestones to ensure adherence to project schedules. - Identifying and communicating project risks, issues, and dependencies to the project team and stakeholders. - Preparing regular status reports and project dashboards for management and stakeholders. - Conducting Quality Reviews, User Acceptance Testing, and bug tracking. - Supporting the project team in resource allocation, tracking team member availability, and managing task assignments. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-3 years of proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the IT industry. - Proficiency in project management tools and collaboration software. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
