IT Project Coordinator

We are looking for a presentable IT Project Coordinator to join our team. An ideal person will be responsible to coordinate with team members and clients involved to keep workflow on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, capture project requirements and all team members translate requirements into actionable next steps.
• Should have credible experience in sophisticated corporate client handling, smooth roll-out, and taking the sign-off.
• Monitoring the work of team members to ensure it is in accordance with work requirements
• Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within the budget limits
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and clients, providing updates and resolving blockages.
• Support project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• You have 1 year of work experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
• Best understanding of website design & digital marketing and project handling.
• Prior experience in team handling.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage client interactions effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• IT Graduates like BCA, MCA, and B-tech will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
