Role Overview


Full Stack Digital Marketer

Key Responsibilities


  • Performance Marketing:

    Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Luxury Brand Marketing:

    Design campaigns tailored for luxury, lifestyle, fashion, and cultural brands targeting HNIs and UHNWIs.
  • SEO & SEM:

    Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategies, keyword research, and SEM campaigns aligned with luxury content narratives.
  • Data & Analytics:

    Track, measure, and report campaign performance across channels with actionable insights using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other advanced tools.
  • Cross-Platform Ads:

    Explore and execute performance campaigns across OTT, influencer networks, programmatic platforms, and niche digital ecosystems.
  • Conversion Optimization:

    Implement A/B testing, funnel optimization, and remarketing to maximize ROI while maintaining brand aesthetics.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with creative, design, and editorial teams to ensure campaigns align with Quí’s storytelling ethos.
  • Innovation:

    Stay ahead of evolving digital trends, ad tech, and audience targeting methods specific to

    luxury markets

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience

    in performance marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, and multi-channel paid campaigns

    .
  • Strong command of

    SEO/SEM, keyword strategy, and performance reporting

    .
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Experience working with

    luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or cultural brands

    .
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into strategy.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in marketing for

    premium/luxury brands targeting niche audiences

    .
  • Knowledge of

    programmatic advertising, influencer marketing integrations, and OTT campaigns

    .
  • Exposure to international markets and cross-border digital campaigns.
  • Familiarity with French/European luxury aesthetics in digital storytelling.
