Interiocity is seeking a results-oriented and highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in running high-performing campaigns, generating quality leads, and driving ROI through targeted digital strategies.

This role requires expertise in performance marketing, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics, with hands-on experience in website design/management being a strong plus. The goal is to market our services and solutions effectively, convert campaigns into revenue, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) with precise targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking to generate high-quality leads.
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
Drive lead generation and sales-focused campaigns to support business development and revenue growth.
Manage SEO and SEM strategies to boost organic traffic and improve keyword rankings.
Build and execute email marketing campaigns (e.g. newsletters, automation flows) for nurturing leads and retention.
Oversee website content, design, and performance; manage updates using platforms like WordPress, Wix, etc.
Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools to analyze KPIs, monitor ROI, and make data-driven improvements.
Create and manage a consistent content calendar across all social media platforms.
Work closely with sales and service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Continuously research and implement new tools, trends, and strategies in digital marketing to stay ahead of the curve.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of generating measurable results.
Expertise in:
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) – campaign creation, A/B testing, retargeting, conversion tracking
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
SEO/SEM tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
Website platforms – WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.
Email Marketing tools – Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.
CRM platforms – Zoho, HubSpot, or similar (preferred)
Analytics tools – Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio
Strong knowledge of lead generation funnels, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
Creative and analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Experience in marketing B2B services. Moreover, facility management, HVAC, or technical sectors, is a plus.
