Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Noida Company: Interiocity Industry: Interior Design & Turnkey Interior Projects (Commercial & Residential) --- Job Summary: Interiocity is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies for our turnkey interior projects catering to commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the interior design industry, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans to drive business growth. --- Sales Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets for turnkey interior projects. - Identify and target potential clients, including architects, builders, property developers, corporate clients, and individual homeowners. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. - Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements. - Track sales pipeline, forecast future sales, and prepare regular sales reports for management. - Collaborate with the project team to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Marketing Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Interiocity’s services across digital and traditional channels. - Coordinate branding activities, including social media marketing, website management, email campaigns, and content creation. - Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. - Create promotional materials, portfolios, and case studies showcasing successful projects. - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
