Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Location : Baner, Pune Company : HealZen Group Experience: 1–3 Years for full time (Healthcare/Wellness domain preferred) or 5-6 years of experience for part time. Role Overview We’re seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with an experience in healthcare industry to lead our online brand presence, drive qualified traffic to our website/clinics leading to appointments, and generate leads for our research-backed healthcare services and products. Key Responsibilities Content & Campaign Strategy Plan, design, and execute digital campaigns for brand awareness, patient engagement, and product promotions across platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). Work with the creative team to generate high-quality content (graphics, reels, blogs). Social Media Management Daily content scheduling, posting, and community management across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn. Track engagement KPIs and suggest content optimization. Performance Marketing Run paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads), monitor CPC, CTR, and ROAS. Create landing pages and conversion funnels with internal and external teams. SEO & Website Monitor website traffic, improve SEO rankings, and update website content. Coordinate with developers for UI/UX improvements and technical SEO. Email Marketing & Automation Plan and execute mailers/newsletters for leads, patient education, and promotions. Use automation tools (Mailchimp/Zoho) for drip marketing. Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools to track campaign performance. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and present to leadership. Required Skills Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO Tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush). Strong understanding of content marketing and healthcare branding. Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools . Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media , or equivalent. Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) is a plus. Past experience in healthcare/wellness/clinical services is advantageous.
