Role Overview: As a Functional Nutrition Therapist at HealZen Group, your primary role will be to guide clients towards improved well-being through personalized nutrition strategies. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored meal plans, educate clients on the importance of nutrition, and collaborate with other health professionals to provide holistic care. Your expertise in functional nutrition will be crucial in promoting healthier eating habits and addressing root causes of chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients" health, including lifestyle, medical history, lab reports, genetic predispositions, and biochemical markers. - Develop tailored meal plans based on individual health needs, emphasizing nutrient-dense, whole, and functional foods. - Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in managing and preventing chronic illnesses. - Provide guidance on portion sizes, food choices, and sustainable lifestyle changes. - Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, and other health professionals to deliver holistic care aligned with HealZen's PRO Therapeutic Protocol. - Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust recommendations as needed. - Conduct research on functional nutrition to develop innovative, evidence-based protocols for chronic disease management. - Focus on managing specific health issues such as gut health, hormonal imbalances, inflammatory conditions, and metabolic dysfunctions. - Facilitate behavioral changes by supporting clients in overcoming dietary barriers and encouraging long-term adherence to healthy lifestyles. - Maintain accurate records of client assessments, meal plans, and progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. - Organize workshops, webinars, and group sessions to promote functional nutrition principles. - Write articles, blogs, and educational materials to increase public awareness about nutrition. - Maintain data matrix with the help of patients" data to culminate data into research outcome. Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a nutritionist or functional nutritional therapist with a strong track record of client success. - In-depth knowledge of biochemistry, human physiology, and functional nutrition. - Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis techniques. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with clients. - Creativity and critical thinking to devise innovative solutions for diverse dietary needs. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutritional Science, Dietetics, or a related field. - Valid license to practice as a nutritionist. - Fluency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
