You will be joining a well-established holistic healing centre with a legacy of over 18 years in reversing chronic lifestyle diseases using therapeutic diets, functional medicine, and root-cause healing. The primary focus of the centre is to empower patients through personalized care, sustainable habits, and a nourishing diet, resulting in successful outcomes for conditions such as diabetes, PCOD, thyroid issues, obesity, fatty liver, and more. As a Trainee Dietician in a full-time capacity, you will embark on a structured training program spanning 36 months. This training period will offer you hands-on clinical experience, working closely with experienced senior dieticians and patients. The objective of this phase is to equip you with a solid foundation in clinical dietetics, patient counseling, and functional nutrition. Upon successful completion and evaluation, you will progress to a Dietician role with a competitive salary package and a clear growth trajectory. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior dieticians to design and oversee therapeutic diets for patients undergoing lifestyle and disease reversal. You will be involved in nutritional assessments, plan formulation, and tracking patient progress. Additionally, you will learn to develop therapeutic plans for various conditions like diabetes, PCOD, thyroid issues, fatty liver, hypertension, among others. Your role will also encompass participating in one-on-one consultations, recall planning, counseling sessions, and maintaining patient records with regular progress reviews and plan revisions. Throughout your training, you will engage in structured learning modules and apply them in real clinical settings. Furthermore, attendance in case discussions, training sessions, and internal reviews is essential to enhance your knowledge and skills. During the training period, a stipend will be provided based on your interview performance and commitment. As you progress through the modules and achieve performance milestones, your stipend will be upgraded to a monthly salary. Ultimately, upon successful completion of the training program and showcasing readiness, you will be absorbed as a full-time Clinical Dietician with opportunities for growth into senior roles.
