 Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. - Optimize website

content, landing pages, and digital assets for search performance. - Conduct keyword

research and competitor analysis.

Digital Campaigns Advertising:

 Plan, manage, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

 Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation targets.

 Manage remarketing and retargeting strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

 Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation platforms to

track performance.

 Generate regular reports on website traffic, campaign performance, and lead quality.

 Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efficiency.

Lead Management & Conversion Analysis:

 Work closely with the sales team to ensure digital leads are tracked and nurtured.

 Monitor lead quality, conversion metrics, and customer acquisition costs.

 Continuously refine targeting and messaging strategies.

Collaboration Content Support:

 Coordinate with internal teams to align digital efforts with product and business goals.

Job Requirements:

 Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B/industrial

technology domains).

 Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and analytics tools.

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

 Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).

 Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
