We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Marketing Manager to amplify our brand, accelerate outreach in schools, and connect deeply with students and parents.


Role Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Jaipur. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online traffic. The individual will be responsible for managing social media marketing efforts, analyzing web data, optimizing online campaigns, and collaborating with the team to improve overall marketing performance. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales team in on-ground marketing initiatives that build awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement across our B2B (schools) and B2C (students & parents) segments. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who is excited to build a brand from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities:


Growth & Strategy

- Develop customer acquisition strategies focused on schools, parents, and students

- Conduct target audience research and define positioning strategies

- Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI metrics


Campaigns & Content

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, performance marketing, blogs, and email

- Build and manage high-impact activations including webinars, career talks, workshops, and student events

- Design content and promotional creatives - videos, posters, landing pages, success stories, etc.


Collaboration & Execution

- Work closely with Sales, Career Experts & Product teams to support lead conversion

- Manage creative partners, freelancers, and event vendors when required

- Create Referral program for Students

- Drive partnerships, influencer collaborations, and presence at school fairs and education events


Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Communication

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing and an understanding of Online Marketing principles. Experience in Digital Marketing strategies and techniques (Startup and EdTech preferred), Experience with education marketing or youth-focused campaigns

- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, CRM, and SEO basics

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content planning skills

- Ability to execute fast with a problem-solving attitude in a startup environment
