Location : Jaipur Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 3–6 years (with prior exposure to leading small development teams or projects) About Us Career Mitra is an education & career guidance Start-up helping high school students and parents make informed career decisions using psychometric assessments, AI-driven tools, and expert counselling. We are looking for a dynamic Tech Lead to drive our technology vision, build scalable products, and lead a growing development team from our Jaipur office . Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Define and execute the technology roadmap in alignment with business goals Guide, mentor, and support the engineering team Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices Product Development Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of platform features (web & mobile) Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the platform Work closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver user-focused solutions Technical Ownership Drive architecture decisions (backend, frontend, database, cloud) Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality, secure, and maintainable code Explore and integrate AI/ML capabilities to enhance psychometric assessments and career recommendations Operations & Delivery Manage sprints, timelines, and deliverables in an agile environment Optimize infrastructure costs and ensure reliable system performance (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Ensure compliance with data protection laws (DPDP Act, GDPR, etc.) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 3–4 years of hands-on development experience, with exposure to leading teams or projects Strong expertise in: Backend: Node.js / Python / Java / Go Frontend: React / Angular / Vue Mobile: React Native / Flutter (preferred) Databases: SQL (Postgres/MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) Cloud & DevOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning: Experience building or integrating AI/ML models into applications Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, microservices, and security Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills Nice to Have Experience with psychometric or ed-tech platforms Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks Prior Start-up experience or ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Opportunity to build a meaningful product impacting millions of students Flat, collaborative Start-up culture with room for innovation Competitive compensation & potential equity/ESOPs Work from our Jaipur office with a passionate founding team How to Apply: Send your CV to lohagarh.software@gmail.com
