About the Role

We are seeking a remote, work-from-home professional to lead our email marketing, social media marketing, and end-to-end management of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and eager to leverage AI-powered tools to optimize campaigns, streamline operations, and scale engagement.


This is a work-from-home position that requires strong self-management, reliability, and proactive communication.


Key Responsibilities


  • Email Marketing
  • Design, execute, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Build, segment, and maintain high-quality email lists.
  • Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions with regular reporting.
  • Social Media Marketing & Management
  • Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and brand voice consistency.
  • Run paid social campaigns with performance tracking and ROI analysis.
  • CRM & Contact Management
  • Maintain and update CRM with new contacts, leads, and campaign data.
  • Automate workflows to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and email marketing regulations.
  • AI & Automation Integration
  • Learn and deploy AI tools to enhance content creation, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven personalization and campaign optimization.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs for email, social, and overall digital campaigns.
  • Provide monthly performance reports and insights with actionable recommendations.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in email marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
  • Open to learning and adopting AI-driven marketing tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and contact list management.


Preferred Skills


  • Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.).
  • Paid ads management (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
  • Prior experience in AI-assisted marketing workflows.
