🎯 Role Overview:

Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

    Plan and manage RocketFrog.ai’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) end-to-end.
  • Content Calendar & Publishing:

    Develop and maintain a structured content calendar. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native schedulers.
  • Freelancer Coordination:

    Collaborate with a team of external freelancers (designers, editors, writers) to produce high-quality content assets.
  • Campaign Execution:

    Plan and run both organic and paid digital campaigns to grow brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Performance Analytics:

    Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.), and generate insights and reports for continuous improvement.
  • Website & SEO Collaboration:

    Coordinate for blog publishing, SEO optimization, and regular updates to website content.
  • Brand Stewardship:

    Work with leadership to craft a strong, consistent digital voice for RocketFrog.ai.


🧠 Skills Required

  • Deep understanding of

    LinkedIn

    : its algorithm, content visibility dynamics, and B2B engagement levers
  • Strong grasp of digital tools: Canva, Figma, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent written communication and content storytelling skills
  • Exposure to B2B marketing strategy and paid digital campaigns
  • Bonus: Basic video editing for YouTube Shorts and promotional snippets
  • Bonus: Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot


🎓 Educational & Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • MBA or post-graduate specialization in Digital Marketing is a strong plus
  • 3–5 years of work experience

    in digital marketing, with 1–2+ years focused on B2B or tech-oriented social media strategy
  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or emerging tech is desirable
