Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website). Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Optimize website content, landing pages, and social media content for improved engagement and conversions. Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, and digital ads. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends. Manage the company's online presence and brand reputation. Collaborate with designers, content writers, and internal teams for campaign execution. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for all digital marketing activities. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other reporting systems. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot. Experience with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Knowledge of basic graphic design or familiarity with tools like Canva / Photoshop
