Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Focus:

  • Drive high-quality B2B leads across multiple digital channels, aiming for

    500+ qualified leads/month

    .
  • Digital Strategy Ownership:

  • Build and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies across paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and automation tools.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a small but growing team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts. Foster growth, performance, and accountability.
  • Marketing Funnel & Conversion Optimization:

  • Own the full digital funnel—from awareness to lead nurturing. Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and continuously A/B test campaigns and landing pages.
  • SEO & Content:

  • Build content strategies based on keyword research and user intent. Oversee on-page and technical SEO improvements and monitor organic growth.
  • Marketing Automation:

  • Use CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Marketo) for lead scoring, nurturing workflows, email campaigns, and reporting.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and measure performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, heatmaps, dashboards, etc. Report on KPIs weekly and monthly to leadership.
  • Budget Management:

  • Plan and manage monthly ad spend effectively to ensure optimal cost-per-lead and ROI.


What You Bring to the Table

  • 8–10 years

    of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in

    finance, fintech, tech, or accounting sectors

    .
  • Proven track record in

    B2B lead generation

    with measurable results (ideally >500 leads/month).
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, marketing automation, and conversion funnels.
  • Expertise in

    Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, CRM tools

    , and

    analytics platforms

    .
  • Excellent understanding of customer personas and buyer journeys in the finance and tech space.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments like sales, product, and design.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, etc.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B service products, or subscription-based models.
  • Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or basic HTML/CSS.
