Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Drive high-quality leads for financial products by optimizing CPL, CAC, and ROI.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign results to derive actionable insights.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the companys presence across social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Create and publish engaging content to increase followers and community engagement.
  • Execute paid and organic social media campaigns to enhance reach, leads, and conversions.

3. Brand Awareness & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the financial services domain.
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate closely with design and content teams for creatives, videos, and ad copies.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze website traffic, leads, and conversion funnels using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Track key KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.

5. Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Guide and support junior digital marketing executives and coordinate with external agencies for campaign execution.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within the

    BFSI or FinTech industry.

  • Proven expertise in lead generation through Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
