Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional (Performance Marketing — Web + App) 📍 Location: Gurgaon, India 💼 Experience Required: 3–6 Years 🏢 Work Mode: On-site 📅 Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Full-time About the Role We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience driving growth across both Web & App platforms , preferably in Astrology, Spiritual Services, E-commerce, or Subscription-led digital products , Lead Generation Program This role demands strong execution, analytical thinking, and a sharp focus on measurable business outcomes such as Conversions, Revenue, LTV, and ROAS . Key Responsibilities Plan & optimize paid marketing campaigns on: Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Display, YouTube, UAC) Meta Ads (Web & App conversions) Affiliates + Remarketing Manage the full growth funnel: Traffic → Install/Visit → Registration → First Paid Action → Subscription Build audience strategies for: Acquisition Activation Retention & Revenue Growth Conduct A/B tests across creatives, pricing, landing pages, onboarding, offers Monitor attribution, funnel health & cohort performance Improve conversion efficiency via: Deep linking Web-to-App journeys Landing page optimization Report performance insights with actionable recommendations Required Skills ✔ Hands-on experience in Web + App Performance Marketing ✔ Experience in Astro / Spiritual / Subscription / E-commerce categories ✔ Strong knowledge of: CPI, CAC, CPP, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, LTV metrics GA4, GTM, Firebase/Appsflyer/Adjust , marketing analytics Remarketing, lookalike modelling & bid strategy optimization ✔ Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & dashboards Nice-to-Have Experience with CRM tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, HubSpot) App-focused affiliates & programmatic buying Vernacular or regional audience marketing Who You Are Data-driven & experiment-driven marketer High ownership with ability to deliver under growth targets Excellent communication & presentation skills Education Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or equivalent (Skills & results are more important than degrees) Why Work With Us ⭐ Scale fast-growing digital consumer businesses in India ⭐ High-ownership role with visible business impact ⭐ A culture that supports rapid testing & learning ⭐ Competitive salary & growth opportunities
