About the Role

Performance Marketing Specialist

Conversions, Revenue, LTV, and ROAS

Key Responsibilities

• Plan & optimize paid marketing campaigns on:

• Google Ads

  (Search, PMAX, Display, YouTube, UAC)

• Meta Ads

  (Web & App conversions)

• Affiliates + Remarketing

• Manage the full growth funnel:

• Traffic → Install/Visit → Registration → First Paid Action → Subscription

• Build audience strategies for:

• Acquisition

• Activation

• Retention & Revenue Growth

• Conduct

  A/B tests

  across creatives, pricing, landing pages, onboarding, offers
• Monitor attribution, funnel health & cohort performance
• Improve conversion efficiency via:
• Deep linking
• Web-to-App journeys
• Landing page optimization
• Report performance insights with actionable recommendations

Required Skills

Web + App Performance Marketing

Astro / Spiritual / Subscription / E-commerce

✔ Strong knowledge of:

• CPI, CAC, CPP, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, LTV metrics

• GA4, GTM, Firebase/Appsflyer/Adjust

  , marketing analytics
• Remarketing, lookalike modelling & bid strategy optimization
• ✔ Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & dashboards

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with CRM tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, HubSpot)
• App-focused affiliates & programmatic buying
• Vernacular or regional audience marketing

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
