Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing & Sales Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and closing sales for our travel packages and services. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase client acquisition. Generate leads through digital campaigns, social media, networking, and corporate tie-ups. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Present and promote travel services, packages, and customized itineraries to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities. Represent the brand at travel fairs, exhibitions, and industry events. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in sales/marketing, preferably in travel, hospitality, or tourism. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand traveler needs.
