(Campaign Manager)

COMPANY OVERVIEW

ROLE OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, email, and marketplaces.
  • Develop promotional strategies for seasonal and product-based campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI and conversions.

Creative & Visual Content Development:

  • Design digital creatives, banners, ads, product images, and visuals for campaigns.
  • Edit product photos for Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, and other platforms.
  • Produce PSD-based designs and Canva creatives aligned with brand aesthetics.

Website & Technical Support:

  • Assist with front-end updates on WordPress, Shopify, and custom websites.
  • Work with HTML development, PSD-to-HTML conversion, and UI layout enhancement.
  • Coordinate with developers for website fixes and performance improvements.
  • Support hosting/server tasks involving Amazon EC2 when needed.

E-commerce & Marketplace Support:

  • Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly content and visual assets.
  • Support digital campaigns across Amazon Seller Central and other online platforms.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Monitor KPIs for campaigns, websites, and marketplace channels.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, PSD design, Canva, HTML development, PHP basics, WordPress, and general web development.
  • Knowledge of Amazon EC2 and hosting/server environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and online branding.
  • Excellent creative ability, layout design skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS (ADDED ADVANTAGE)

  • Experience with Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, or Wayfair platforms.
  • Background in fashion, textiles, home dcor, or related industries.
  • Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • SEO understanding for digital content and website optimization.
