Job Description

B. Digital Leads 1. Digital Lead Generation Strategy & Execution • Design and implement lead generation strategies across digital channels (Search, Social, Display, Email). • Execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and other platforms. • Develop landing pages and lead capture forms optimized for conversions and integrated with CRM. 2. Lead Qualification & Call Center Management • Manage the call center team to ensure timely qualification of incoming leads. • Define lead scoring criteria and ensure accurate categorization for sales handoff. • Monitor call center performance and implement process improvements for better lead quality. 3. CRM Management & Data Integrity • Ensure all qualified leads are entered into the CRM system accurately and promptly. • Maintain data hygiene and track lead status through the funnel. • Integrate marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing. 4. Sales Coordination & Revenue Tracking • Conduct regular follow-ups with sales teams to monitor lead conversion and pipeline progress. • Share conversion insights and feedback loops to optimize lead generation strategies. • Drive alignment between marketing and sales to achieve revenue targets. 5. Performance Tracking & Optimization • Monitor key metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rate, ROI, and Lead Quality. • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience refinements. Internal Communication: For internal & partner use o Title Digital Leads and Marketplaces Manager Roles and Responsibilities: A. Marketplaces 1. Marketplace Performance Marketing • Execute performance marketing strategies for marketplace business (Amazon and other platforms). • Manage lower-funnel campaigns, ensuring budget efficiency and delivering on ACOS targets. • Develop and run Display and Search campaigns to maximize share of voice, revenue, and visibility. • Plan product mix and campaign optimization in collaboration with marketplace partners. 2. Customer Journey & Content Optimization • Enhance customer experience across marketplace platforms through UI/UX improvements. • Lead content enrichment for product listings, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency. 3. Creative Strategy • Develop listing content for marketplace product pages. • Create campaign creatives for marketplace advertising across the funnel. 4. Acquisition Strategy & Targeting • Devise and execute an overarching customer acquisition strategy, including cohort definition, CDM, remarketing, and retargeting campaigns. • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize targeting and improve conversion rates.
