Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will manage performance marketing campaigns, oversee SEO initiatives, and drive measurable growth for Shopify-based stores for North America & EU markets. You will collaborate closely with the design, development, and client success teams to ensure each campaign achieves strong ROI and brand alignment. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Email Marketing. Develop, implement, and optimize marketing funnels for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores. Oversee SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword planning, content optimization, and link building. Manage paid media budgets and ensure cost-efficient campaign performance. Track, measure, and report performance analytics to management and clients. Lead email marketing and automation strategies using Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar tools. Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, visuals, and marketing assets. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to improve marketing outcomes. Drive continuous improvement in ad performance, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an eCommerce Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations. Optional-Proficiency in Shopify analytics, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Team leadership experience and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Preferred Skills Experience working in a digital agency setup. Familiarity with Shopify apps, integrations, and marketing automations. Knowledge of email automation platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, etc.).
