Job Summary: Geocommerce is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shopify Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of client Shopify stores. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure that stores remain updated, optimized, and aligned with brand goals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of Shopify, and experience managing multiple D2C brands simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Shopify store clients Plan and coordinate regular store updates including homepage banners, collection layouts, product uploads, and design refreshes Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing specialists to fulfill ongoing technical and design requirements Review analytics and store performance to proactively recommend conversion or UX improvements Track client requests, feedback, and tasks through project management tools like ClickUp Conduct periodic store audits and share actionable insights with clients Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, timely, and aligned with Shopify best practices Schedule and conduct client meetings for updates, planning, and feedback Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience managing Shopify stores or e-commerce projects in an agency or brand-side role Strong knowledge of Shopify admin , theme configuration, product management, and store operations Understanding of key e-commerce concepts such as CRO, mobile optimization, SEO basics, and customer experience Ability to manage multiple client relationships and maintain structured communication Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Familiarity with tools like ClickUp , Google Workspace, and Shopify analytics dashboard Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with D2C brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle sectors Familiarity with Shopify apps, metafields, automation tools, and minor theme customizations Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a remote or hybrid environment What We Offer: Hybrid work environment Competitive salary based on experience and performance Opportunity to work with global e-commerce brands Structured workflows and SOP-driven execution Professional and collaborative team culture How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience managing Shopify stores and how you’ve contributed to client success in previous roles.
