Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, paid ads) Manage and optimize PPC and Google Ads campaigns for better ROI Drive traffic, engagement, and conversions through data-driven marketing efforts Oversee SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) and manage keyword research, site audits, and performance tracking Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, interns, and creative staff Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc. Create monthly marketing reports and present actionable insights to management and clients Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and promotional material Develop strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates Manage marketing budgets, allocate spends wisely, and report ROI on campaigns Handle branding and online reputation management across channels Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills Creative thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Knowledge of graphic design tools or UX/UI concepts is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Digital marketing: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
