Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, conversions, ROI) Manage social media channels, post scheduling, and community engagement Create and manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.) Analyze and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights Collaborate with design and content teams to create campaign creatives and copy Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes Assist in creating and presenting client performance reports and marketing strategies Coordinate with clients for briefings, feedback, and campaign approvals Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred) Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools Good understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content strategy Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Digital marketing: 1 year (Required) Location: Kochi, Kerala (Preferred) Work Location: In person
