Role Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email, content) to grow brand visibility, traffic, and conversions. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment where strategy, execution, and results matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to drive leads and conversions.
  • Optimize and scale performance campaigns (lead gen, app installs, website conversions) with a focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Manage and grow organic traffic through SEO: keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, nurture sequences, promotional emails) to engage users and drive conversions.
  • Create and manage content calendars for blogs, social media, and website to support brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), platform dashboards, and other tools; provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and product teams to develop high‑converting creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
  • Track and report on KPIs (traffic, leads, CAC, conversion rates, ROI) and present performance dashboards to leadership.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies; test and implement new channels and tactics.
  • Manage vendor relationships (agencies, freelancers) and ensure alignment with brand and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in‑house), with a strong track record in performance marketing.
  • Hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one other platform (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic).
  • Solid understanding of SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical) and experience using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and basic data analysis (UTM tracking, conversion funnels).
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, landing pages, and social media.
  • Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data‑driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, or digital marketing / advertising industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer journey mapping.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, or other CMS platforms.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are a plus.
  • Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community management.

Pay: ₹23,966.75 - ₹53,300.17 per month
