Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and increases customer acquisition. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and emerging trends.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize all paid digital marketing campaigns, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Manage and oversee the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Oversee the email marketing strategy, including list management, campaign creation, and performance analysis.
• Content & SEO: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-quality, engaging content across all digital channels (blog posts, videos, infographics, etc.). Lead SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization to maximize visibility.
• Analytics & Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure brand consistency and achieve shared goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1.5 + years of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 1 years in a management position.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and marketing automation software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with digital trends and technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
