Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop monthly content strategies for all clients (reels, posters, stories, etc.).
• Prepare detailed content briefs for video editors and graphic designers to execute.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos and designs.
• Review and approve all deliverables (videos, posters, etc.) before sharing with clients.
• Ensure that all content aligns with each brand’s goals, tone, and visual identity.
• Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, goals, and brand voice.
• Provide creative ideas and marketing suggestions to clients to improve their online visibility.
• Maintain and update content calendars and ensure all planned campaigns go out on time.
• Provide basic explanations and strategic inputs to clients on SEO, performance marketing, and branding when required.
• Act as a bridge between management, creative team, and clients to streamline communication and execution.
• Ensure all deliverables are organized, named properly, and recorded by the admin team.
• Stay updated with current digital trends and help guide the team accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation skills
• Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in Web Analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Vellore
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
