Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer + Video Editor to join our team. This dual-role professional will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs and dynamic video content to support our brand, marketing campaigns, and digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create digital and print-ready assets including social media graphics, banners, brochures, ads, and branding materials. Develop design concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and campaign goals. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive visual communication. Prepare design files for production and export in appropriate formats. Video Editing: Edit raw video footage into polished content for YouTube, social media, ads, and internal use. Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, transitions, and music. Manage video projects from concept to final export with attention to detail and brand consistency. Organize and archive video assets for future use. Requirements: Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing (portfolio required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience with different video formats and aspect ratios for social media platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with animation or motion design. Familiarity with photography and videography is a plus. Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific design best practices. Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an advantage. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and increases customer acquisition. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and emerging trends. Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a robust digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of all digital marketing campaigns. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize all paid digital marketing campaigns, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Analytics & Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI) . Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure brand consistency and achieve shared goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1.5 + years of experience in a digital marketing role, with at least 1 years in a management position. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and marketing automation software.
