Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – E-commerce

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 3–4 years of proven experience in managing digital campaigns for e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our digital marketing strategy to drive online sales, boost brand awareness, and improve overall customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others
  • Monitor website performance and lead generation using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar platforms
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Optimize the company’s e-commerce presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and brand websites
  • Manage social media calendars, engagement campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and community building
  • Conduct regular performance analysis, create reports, and recommend actionable insights
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing for e-commerce platforms
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Experience in SEO, keyword strategy, PPC, and affiliate marketing
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track ROI-driven campaigns
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with D2C or marketplace e-commerce brands
  • Basic understanding of HTML, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS platforms
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google/Facebook/HubSpot preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
