The Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of Crown33’s digital advertising and growth strategy, while also leading performance campaigns for our client brands. You will run ROI-driven ad campaigns, analyze performance, create custom audiences, and help convert strategies into sustainable revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative, set strategy, and execute end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Boosts) to increase brand reach, lead generation, and sales.
• Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Build buyer personas and set up custom/lookalike audiences to engage high-potential leads and returning visitors.
• Budget Optimization: Track and optimize ad budgets for maximum ROI, ROAS, and CPC, while scaling campaigns based on performance data.
• Conversion Funnels: Develop and refine funnels — from awareness to purchase — tailored to campaign objectives.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide clear performance reports weekly/monthly. Highlight learnings, creative performance, and improvement areas.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with content and design teams to guide ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Experimentation: Test different ad types, platforms, formats, landing pages, and copy variations to improve outcomes.
• Platform Updates: Stay informed about algorithm changes, ad platform updates, and shifting audience behaviors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, preferably in agency, D2C, or e-commerce brands.
• Platform Proficiency: Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and familiarity with tracking, analytics, and pixel integration.
• Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CAC, bounce rate, and how to optimize accordingly.
• Creativity with Data: Ability to blend insights with creative strategies.
• Communication: Strong coordination skills with designers, writers, and web teams.
• Self-Driven: Independent, proactive, and accountable with strong ownership.

Work Expectations & Policies:

• Performance Review: Monthly evaluations will track campaign KPIs and delivery. Continued engagement depends on achieving performance benchmarks.
• Trial Period: The first 2 months will be probationary. Crown33 reserves the right to end engagement if performance is unsatisfactory. Decisions regarding continuation will be final, and Crown33 will be indemnified from any claims or liabilities arising from such decisions.
• Punctuality & Communication: Timely campaign updates, transparent reporting, and deadline adherence are mandatory.
• Tool Proficiency Required: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pixel setup, Google Analytics.
• Confidentiality: All data, campaign strategies, and internal discussions are to be treated as strictly confidential.
• Work Ownership: All strategies, campaign structures, and briefs developed for Crown33 or its clients remain the exclusive property of Crown33.
