Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
● Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
● Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, targeting, and conversion rates.
● Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure ROI targets are consistently met.
2. Sales Funnel Development & Optimization
● Design, implement, and refine multi-stage sales funnels for B2B and B2C clients.
● Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting landing pages, email nurturing sequences, and retargeting strategies.
● Analyze user behavior to identify drop-off points and implement funnel improvements.
3. Strategy & Analytics
● Develop data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
● Track, measure, and report on campaign and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
● Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer journey.
4. Collaboration & Client Management
● Coordinate with the content, creative, and tech teams to ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and objectives.
● Act as a strategic advisor to clients, presenting marketing plans, performance reports, and recommendations.
● Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an ad agency environment.
● Proven track record in running successful lead generation campaigns with high conversion rates.
● Strong expertise in sales funnel creation, management, and optimization.
● Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools.
● Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and email marketing automation.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
● Strong project management and communication skills.
