About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our advertising agency team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in running high-performing lead generation campaigns and be exceptionally strong in building and optimizing sales funnels. This role demands a strategic thinker who can combine creativity with analytical precision to deliver measurable business growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management
●Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
●Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, targeting, and conversion rates. ●Manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure ROI targets are consistently met.
2. Sales Funnel Development & Optimization
●Design, implement, and refine multi-stage sales funnels for B2B and B2C clients. ●Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting landing pages, email nurturing sequences, and retargeting strategies.
●Analyze user behavior to identify drop-off points and implement funnel improvements.
3. Strategy & Analytics
●Develop data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client goals. ●Track, measure, and report on campaign and funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. ●Provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer journey.
Nice to Have ●Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.). ●Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) best practices. ●Creative mindset with an eye for compelling ad copy and visuals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
