Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for sales and retail. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers in a friendly manner. Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays. Stock and organize shelves to ensure products are easily accessible. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to store goals. Stay informed about store promotions, policies, and product details. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
