Experience: 1–3 Years

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-energy sales professional with prior exposure to Property Tech or Quick Commerce environments. The role demands a strong hunter mindset—someone who can quickly connect with prospects, understand their business needs, and close deals efficiently. This position involves selling tech-enabled solutions and/or manpower services to B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
• Pitch technology solutions and/or manpower services to potential clients
• Build quick rapport with decision-makers and key stakeholders
• Understand client pain points and propose relevant solutions
• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Meet and exceed assigned revenue and conversion targets
• Coordinate with Operations, Deployment, and Tech teams for onboarding and delivery
• Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closure updates

Skills & Competencies

• Strong hustler mentality with a clear focus on closures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• High confidence in outbound calling, meetings, and field sales
• Target-driven, resilient, and outcome-oriented
• Ability to move fast in dynamic, high-volume sales environments

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Property Tech, Quick Commerce, Tech Sales, or Manpower/Services Sales
• Experience selling to property managers, builders, facility operators, retail chains, or operations-heavy clients is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with fast-paced sales cycles and quick decision-making environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,444.85 - ₹40,000.51 per month
