Job Title - Asst. Sales AssociateDepartment - Client HandlingReporting to - Team Leader

Duties and responsibilities

● Provide backend support for sales operations, focusing on converting qualified leadsinto clients to help drive revenue growth.● Interact with potential clients through digital platforms, ensuring prompt follow-upsand professional communication to close deals effectively.● Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to coordinate with internal teams, ensuringsmooth client on boarding and timely service delivery.● Respond to client queries and concerns promptly and professionally to improvesatisfaction and build lasting relationships.● Keep CRM systems updated accurately, follow sales SOPs, and assist management inenhancing lead conversion strategies.● Consistently achieve or exceed both individual and team targets for monthly leadconversions and service enrolments.

Requirements and qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline(MBA is a plus but not essential).● Fresher – 2 years of proven experience in B2B client engagement, account management, orbusiness development. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.● Capable of managing objections, multitasking efficiently, and confidently closing sales.● Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools is advantageous● Highly driven, goal-focused individual with strong problem-solving skills and aproactive attitude.
