About the Role

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Strategy

    : Develop, execute, and optimize integrated lead generation strategies across digital platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, SEO, email, webinars, etc.).
  • Campaign Management

    : Plan, launch, and manage paid and organic campaigns with a focus on lead volume, quality, and ROI.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM

    : Implement and optimize automation workflows, lead nurturing funnels, and customer journey mapping using CRM/automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho).
  • Content & Creative Direction

    : Collaborate with design and content teams to create landing pages, lead magnets, and persuasive marketing assets tailored for conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    : Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate). Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership

    : Guide and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    : Work closely with sales teams to align marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) with sales-qualified leads (SQLs) for maximum impact.
  • Market Research

    : Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience

    in digital marketing with proven expertise in

    lead generation and demand generation

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    performance marketing

    channels (PPC, SEO, display, retargeting, social ads, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with

    marketing automation and CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills with expertise in

    Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools

    .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in

    B2B marketing

    or industries with long sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with

    account-based marketing (ABM)

    strategies.
  • Strong creative thinking for campaign ideation and execution.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools for lead scoring, automation, and personalization.
