About the Role: Crown33 is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about growth. You’ll work on live projects across education, fashion, wellness, and purpose-driven brands. This is a versatile role that involves strategy, execution, and performance tracking across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Conduct keyword research and manage SEO (on-page & off-page) activities. Handle Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards. Maintain and optimize Google My Business listings for multiple clients. Collaborate with the creative team to align content with performance objectives. Track performance metrics, analyze results, and suggest improvements. Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and algorithm updates. Basic Requirements: 1+ year of experience in digital marketing (ads + SEO preferred). Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GSC, GA, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A learning mindset and problem-solving approach. Work Expectations & Policies: Performance Review: Work quality and consistency will be evaluated every month. Continued engagement depends on meeting performance benchmarks. Trial Period: The first 2 months will be considered a probationary period. Punctuality & Communication: Timely communication, task updates, and deadline discipline are expected. Tool Proficiency Required: Basic working knowledge of key digital marketing tools is mandatory. Self-Learning: Candidates are expected to be proactive about learning and improving. Confidentiality: All client work and strategies must remain confidential.
