Role OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven digital strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be experienced in Collecting the Leads , Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Job Ads—especially within the construction, infrastructure, or Manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation , SEO & Website OptimizationPlan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve search rankings for lift & elevator-related keywords. Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and technical SEO to enhance visibility. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights specific to the elevator industry. Track and report website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Meta Ads & Digital CampaignsCreate, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focusing on leads for elevators, escalators, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services. Manage ad creatives, targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies. Monitor performance metrics and provide detailed campaign analysis reports. Implement retargeting campaigns to improve conversions. Job Ads & Recruitment MarketingCreate and manage job ads on job portals and social platforms to support recruitment for technicians, engineers, installers, and other roles. Track applications and ensure timely candidate engagement. Branding & ContentDevelop compelling digital content aligned with the brand (product posts, installation updates, safety awareness, customer testimonials, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare weekly/monthly performance reports for SEO, Ads, and recruitment campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and lead quality. Industry AwarenessStay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, elevator industry insights, and competitor strategies. Required Skills & Qualificationn 4 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in engineering, real estate, or construction-related industries. Strong expertise in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Proven success in Meta Ads Manager with performance-driven paid campaigns. Experience in managing job ads on job portals and social channels. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
