The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collection processes, negotiation skills, and field collection experience. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with customers for timely payment of dues Conduct field visits for collection and recovery, if required Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments Resolve customer queries and provide payment solutions Coordinate with internal departments regarding outstanding payments Achieve monthly collection targets and minimize bad debts Ensure compliance with company policies and collection norms Requirements: 4 to 7 years of experience in collections (preferably field and tele-calling mix) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle tough collection situations with professionalism Willing to travel locally for collection purposes Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period up to 15 days preferred
