Digital Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy & Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Performance Marketing:

  • Drive ROI-focused performance marketing (CPC, CPL, CPA campaigns).
  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube ads, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize funnel performance traffic, leads, conversions, and cost metrics.

Website & Content Management:

  • Manage and improve the corporate website and landing pages.
  • Work with content creators and designers to publish blogs, articles, videos, and infographics.
  • Ensure content is SEO-optimized and relevant to medical/diagnostic users.

Social Media & Reputation Management:

  • Create a content calendar and manage posts across social media platforms.
  • Engage with patients, doctors, and diagnostic partners online.
  • Monitor online reviews and ensure timely responses on Google, Practo, Justdial, etc.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM tools to track and report performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on KPIs such as traffic, leads, CAC, and ROI.
  • Make data-driven decisions to scale campaigns and reduce cost per lead.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, medical) to align marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers (designers, writers, SEO experts).


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's/Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, or Pharma related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing; at least 3+ years in healthcare or diagnostics industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in healthcare content marketing and patient engagement strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress, etc.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, data privacy, and ethical marketing practices.


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):


  • Experience with B2B marketing to clinics, hospitals, or doctors.
  • Understanding of regional/local market trends in diagnostics.
  • Video marketing or influencer outreach experience.
