Pathologist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pathologist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience who will be responsible for both diagnostic oversight and business development in diagnostics. Based at the corporate office, this role will combine clinical expertise with strategic initiatives such as customer acquisition, partnerships, health package design, and online diagnostic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical & Diagnostic
• Ensure diagnostic quality, accurate reporting, and compliance with medical and laboratory standards.
• Supervise diagnostic procedures and provide guidance to maintain quality practices.
• Business Development & Growth
• Drive business development for diagnostics to increase market presence and revenues.
• Develop and implement customer acquisition plans.
• Identify and build partnerships with local laboratories to expand service networks.
• Conceptualize and create health packages and test-related offers.
• Plan costing and pricing strategies for diagnostic services and packages.
• Lead cloud diagnostic set-up and network creation for scalability.
• Oversee the launch and operations of online diagnostic services, including control, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration & Strategy
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to execute diagnostic business plans.
• Monitor industry trends and apply innovative approaches to expand services.
• Conduct audits to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in diagnostics (exposure to business development/strategic roles is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of pathology, diagnostic services, and healthcare business models.
• Familiarity with online diagnostics, partnerships, and healthcare package structuring preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA + Incentives
