Job Location :- Bagalkot and Raichur, Karnataka

Department: Laboratory / Diagnostics

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Pathologist to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in clinical pathology, histopathology, and laboratory practices, with the ability to provide accurate and timely diagnostic reports.

Key Responsibilities:-

Perform diagnostic evaluations including histopathology, cytology, hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology.
Examine tissues, cells, and body fluids to identify abnormalities and disease conditions.
Interpret laboratory results and provide detailed pathology reports.
Collaborate with clinicians to support diagnosis and treatment plans.
Perform and supervise fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) where required.
Ensure quality control, accuracy, and timely delivery of lab reports.
Oversee lab operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure compliance with NABL/NABH guidelines.
Guide and support junior lab technicians and staff.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and case discussions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

MBBS with MD / DNB in Pathology.
Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital setting.
Strong knowledge in histopathology and cytopathology.
Excellent diagnostic accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage lab workflow and maintain quality standards.
