Role & responsibilities- To monitor the procedures and quality improvement in the various disciplines of Lab such as haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, histopathology and blood bank.reporting cytology and biopsy specimen slide - Guide in training lab staff in cutting, preparing tissue sections, staining etc. - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with Lab staff,Consultants/Doctors and maintaining them. Work closely with lab Managers in the medical laboratory
