Job Description

Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. This role involves managing digital channels, analyzing data, and working closely with the creative and sales teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings and traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and monitor their performance.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to build brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials, landing pages, and newsletters.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and online reviews to maintain brand reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, and CMS.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or graphic design tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
